Easy pose - Sukhasana. This basic yet powerful crossed-legged position requires effort while staying connected to a part of yourself that is innately joyful and at ease. When we are able to act this way - both on and off the mat - we are able to move through life skillfully without panic or fear. There is an inner life that you can discover in this pose that creates conditions for a relaxed yet alert state in both body and mind. Here's to Sukhasana pose!
