Tunning in to each moment with full awareness is difficult. Practicing yin yoga helps to turn the momentum of energy inward and as it does it trains the mind to focus on the present moment. We find an old familiar feeling of childhood when we didn't think twice about watching the cluds go by. Spending time in nature is another way to stay present. www.wisdomfromnature.com
