How did you spend Earth Day? I decided to enjoy the sights and sounds of the outdoors. It really is amazing how elegant nature is. It is a party for the senses. If you think about it for just a moment, our five senses are immediately activated whenever we engage with the outdoors. If you place your attention on what you are seeing, hearing, smelling, touching, and if you are lucky enough to add some "home-grown" herbs or veggies to your meal, it is a little slice of heaven on earth. This is why feng shui shui is so powerful when it comes to changing the vibration of our body. The practice follows the cycles of nature while infusing its' essence within the structured environment.
The next time you are out and about, take a few moments to really hone in on the power of nature. It has an instantaneous way of boosting your energy, and your mood.
