Meditating outdoors is one of the best ways to connect to all things in the universe. It also will open you you up to listen to the whispers from Gaia - Mother Earth. If the weather is agreeable, simply sit upon the earth and tune into the ebb and flow of your breath, to your heart and synchronize those rhythms with the earth. If the weather is not agreeable then sit near a window and follow the same ebb and flow pattern with the breath.
