BSA Yoga & Meditation -

Put your senses under control by doing the following:

Begin to narrow down your focus on just a few things. This will make it easier to focus on one thing for meditation. It's about a slow and gradual process.

If sitting in one position is too difficult then try a walking meditation. Simply focus on each step you take while walking. Try to connect the breath to that step. Nothing more and nothing less.

A mindful meditation is another approach to calm the mind by simply becomming aware of things that you do and things that ahppen around you.

Finally, try a vibrational meditation. This is simply the repetition of a particular word or sound.
Following any of the above techniques are perfect when it comes to letting go of the senses for meditation.

Om Shanti~
