BSA Daily Yoga & Meditation

BSA Daily Yoga & Meditation Tip -

How developed is your self practice of yoga and meditation? When putting together a yoga routine always start with opening poses that are relaxing to calm the mind and then slowly move into sun salutations to warm up the body especially the hips and legs before moving into your standing poses. Be sure to string 4 standing poses in a row. For example, warrior 1 to warrior 2 to triangle pose and twisting triangle. Next, infuse your inversions, then begin to wind down with back-bends, leg stretches and move to resting poses. Now you can sit in meditation with ease.
