Healing is a powerful way to find peace. Try this simple meditation: As you inhale visualize a pure white light of forgiving energy rise up the main channel (spine) and circulate the heart. This light is higher self forgiving not only yourself but others. Now move into total peace and light and allow this pure energy to move through your body and ask the divine presence to bestow his peace upon you.
