The So Hum meditation is simple yet very powerful when it comes to connecting to your breath and inner self. Simply find a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to tune into the breath with chanting the sound "So" on the in breath and "Hum" on the out breath. You may chant these mantra to yourself with each breath. Try to repeat this breathing pattern for 20 minutes. You'll feel amazing!
