Yoga 4 U Tuesday!

Yoga 4 u Tuesday:

Plough pose halasana, is a slightly more advanced yoga posture and therefore should be practiced carefully as this position puts pressure on the neck. It is important not to force the pose and to gently develop the necessary flexibility to come into the final position. It is a common pose in both Hatha and kundalini yoga. This pose does work several chakra points: the throat, heart and navel. Key dynamics to hone in on in this pose are: Get grounded with you...r back on the ground. Use your hands to support your back by placing them on the ribcage. Straighten your legs and keep them together slowly swinging them over your head until your toes touch the floor behind you. Try to remain on your upper back instead of your shoulders . This is a wonderful pose to improve digestion and develop the abdominal muscles. 🕉#meditation #healthylifestyle #nature #bodyspacealignment #yoga #yogaposes
