Eleanore Roosevelt once said: " Happiness is not a goal; it's a byproduct of a life well-lived." So, What are you doing to live a good life? If you are having a tough time answering this question perhaps you should take a time out, sit in meditation, and see what comes to you. Before meditating however, it is best to unwind the body so the mind doesn't go crazy thinking about how stiff you feel. Take a 20 minute yoga break and then forge ahead for your meditation session. I am sure you will come out the other end enlightened.
